Why Book Travel Through James?
Save Your Time
I handle rate comparisons, supplier communication, transportation, tours, hotel requests and other travel logistics so you don’t have to spend hours coordinating different companies.
See More Than the Public Booking Sites
Through my LuxRally Travel affiliation, I can compare public and travel-industry rate sources to determine which available option provides the strongest combination of price, terms and value.
Get More From the Right Rate
Depending on the property and rate, your booking may qualify for benefits such as breakfast, property credits, upgrades, early check-in, late checkout or other amenities.
Talk to Me, Not a Call Center
Once you’re my client, you have direct access to me for questions, changes and travel I’ve arranged.
Have an Advocate
If something goes wrong with travel I’ve booked, I can communicate with suppliers and use the professional channels available to me to help resolve the situation.
Let Me Handle the Details
Transfers, tours, restaurant arrangements, hotel requests, special occasions and other logistics can be coordinated through me, with additional LuxRally concierge resources available when appropriate.
You Don’t Have to Give Up Planning Your Own Trip
Love researching hotels? Keep doing it.
Have the exact resort you want? Send it to me.
Want me to help narrow three destinations down to one? I’ll help.
Have no idea where you want to go? We can start there too.
Working with me doesn’t mean surrendering control of your vacation. You can be as involved in the planning process as you want.
Travel Shouldn’t Start With a Package. It Should Start With a Conversation.
Before I start recommending hotels or destinations, I want to understand what you’re actually trying to get from the trip.
Celebration?
Time together?
Adventure?
Somewhere warm?
An escape from work?
An experience you’ve been talking about for years?
Those answers tell me much more than simply asking, “Where do you want to go?”
